Oil filters

The oil filter is located in the engine lubrication system. Above it is the oil pump, below it is the engine that requires lubricating parts. Its function is to filter harmful impurities in the oil from the oil pan, supplying the crankshaft, connecting rod, camshaft, supercharger, piston ring, and other moving parts with clean oil, playing a role in lubrication, cooling, and cleaning, in order to extend the service life of these parts.
Types of animals and plants
The centrifugal oil filter has a rotor sleeve on the shaft, and two spray nozzles in opposite directions. When the oil exits the nozzle in the rotor, the rotor spins quickly, the oil in the rotor housing is clean, impurities in the oil are thrown centrifugally against the inner wall of the rotor, and the oil flows back from the nozzle to the oil pan. Centrifugal oil filters are characterized by stable performance and do not require replacement of the filter element. As long as the rotor is regularly removed, the dirt on the rotor wall can be cleaned and reused. Its service life is comparable to the engine's service life. Its disadvantage is its complex structure, high cost, bulkiness, etc., requiring users to have higher technical requirements.
Full-flow oil filters, such as the previously mentioned interchangeable, rotating, bypass centrifuges, etc., filter all oils entering the system. The bypass filter only filters 5%-10% of the oil supplied by the oil pump. The bypass oil filter is a fine filter, and it is generally used in conjunction with the full flow. Most low-power engines use only full-flow filters, while high-power diesel engines mainly use full-flow and bypass filters.

The filter function is described in detail.
First of all, it is important to know that when the engine is running, it is in a high-temperature environment, so oxidizing substances, water, metal wear, dust, and so on will constantly enter the oil through operation. The oil filter plays the role of filtering these impurities to keep the lubricating oil clean, thus extending the oil's service life. Therefore, the performance of the oil filter must meet the characteristics of high filtration efficiency, high flow resistance, long service life, etc.
Is a machine filter the same as an oil filter?
Function: used for removing dust, metal particles, carbon deposits, and soot particles in oil and other impurities, protects the engine.
How often should the air filter be changed?
A car travels 5000 kilometers, the air filter can be replaced after 15,000 kilometers or about 1 year. The replacement of the air filter is part of the maintenance for every car, and it is advisable to replace it to ensure that driving the car is safer and more reliable.
When selecting a filter (filter element), you can choose original parts.
The selected air filter element must match the power, fuel efficiency, and reliability of the original engine.
During the warranty period of a new car, it is not advisable to use a filter (filter element) as a replacement.
The fuel filter is connected in series to the line between the fuel pump and the throttle intake. The function of the fuel filter is to filter out iron oxide contained in the fuel. The design of the fuel filter consists of an aluminum casing and a stainless steel bracket.
